Profile
Mr. Pankaj Dalal is the Founder & Senior Partner of the Firm. He is Practicing as a Chartered Accountant since February 1988. He has been an Associate member of ICAI (Jan. 1988 to May 1994) & Fellow member of institute since June 1994. He heads the Firm and has an experience of over 30 years in Practice.
He is in charge of the Mumbai Head Office & his practice areas include Direct & Indirect Taxation, Audit , Company Law , Management Consultancy & Various Other Chartered Accountancy Services. He also has good exposure to Bank Audits and the Firm is empaneled with various Banks as Auditors. He has experience of Liasoning with Merchant Bankers & Other Financial Intermediaries for Initial Public Offer & Right Issue during his career. He has successfully performed wide range of services/ assignments since 1988 and has rich experience in almost all commerce and finance related fields including all the professional services provided by the firm.
