Pankaj Dalal - He is the founder of the firm. He is a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has successfully performed wide range of services/assignments. Since 1988 he has rich experience in all most all fields, to name a few, Auditing, Taxation Laws, Company Law, Capital Market, Corporate Advisory Services, Corporate Finance, and Insurance Advisory Services & Mutual Fund Investment Advisory Services. He has also undergone the I. R. D.A. Approved & Certified Training for Life Insurance & Non Life Insurance Corporate Agents & AMFI Certified Mutual Fund Advisors Module. He was also SEBI Registered category IV Merchant Banker during the period October, 1994 to September; 1997.He heads the Management, Corporate Advisory & Tax Consultancy division of the firm & he is administrative in charge of all operations & Policy decisions.
