Mr. Pankaj Dalal is the Founder & Senior Partner of the Firm. He is Practicing as a Chartered Accountant since February 1988. He has been an Associate member of ICAI (Jan. 1988 to May 1994) & Fellow member of institute since June 1994. He heads the Firm and has an experience of over 30 years in Practice.

He is in charge of the Mumbai Head Office & his practice areas include Direct & Indirect Taxation, Audit , Company Law , Management Consultancy & Various Other Chartered Accountancy Services. He also has good exposure to Bank Audits and the Firm is empaneled with various Banks as Auditors. He has experience of Liasoning with Merchant Bankers & Other Financial Intermediaries for Initial Public Offer & Right Issue during his career. He has successfully performed wide range of services/ assignments since 1988 and has rich experience in almost all commerce and finance related fields including all the professional services provided by the firm.

Various Certifications & Post Qualification Courses cleared include:

• Certificate Course on Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection (FAFD, ICAI)
• Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA, ICAI).
• Certificate Course on Concurrent Audit of Banks conducted by IASB,ICAI
• SEBI registered category IV merchant banker from oct. 94 – sept. 97.
• Certificate Course on Co-operative Societies conducted by WIRC of ICAI
• Certificate Course in Arbitration organized by Indian Merchants Chamber
• Empaneled as a Reviewer with the Peer Review Board of ICAI

Mr. Pankaj Dalal heads the Firm and is Administrative in Charge of all Operations & Policy decisions of the Firm.

She is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India holding a Certificate of Practice since July 2015. She has been assisting in handling tax compliances and providing audit & assurance services to for over 7 years. She is second generation Chartered Accountant who aims to handle challenging assignments and put best efforts to contribute to the development of the clients and facilitate their and our firms growth.

CA Dhanashree Ratnalikar is a Practicing Chartered Accountant since 2007 and a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from Aug, 2014. She heads the Pune Branch of the Firm.
